Paul Haber, Managing Director
Mr. Haber has been involved in corporate finance and capital markets for over 13 years. He has helped many companies navigate the IPO/RTO process and participated in numerous M&A and financing transactions. Mr. Haber has helped companies raise over $140 million in the last seven years.
Mr. Haber sits on the board of directors of Migao Corporation (TSX:MGO), South American Silver Corp. (TSX:SAC) and High Desert Gold Corp (TSX:HDG), and IND Dairytech Ltd (TSXV:IND). Mr. Haber is also active in the TSX Venture Capital Pool Company program having helped found China One Corporation now IND Dairytech as well as the Penfold Capital series of CPCs.
Mr. Haber started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoppers LLP). Mr. Haber is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant, and has an Honours Bachelors of Arts Degree in Management from the University of Toronto.
